How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season.

Do you offer customizable packages?
Yes! We understand every wedding is unique, so we’re happy to tailor our packages to fit your needs.

How long will it take to receive our wedding video?
Our standard turnaround time is 3 to 6 months, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can we choose the music for our wedding video?
We select licensed soundtracks to perfectly complement your wedding film, but you can review and request changes. If you have specific preferences, share a list of favorite songs, and we’ll match them or find similar licensed tracks to reflect your style.

Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we love destination weddings! Travel fees may apply, but we’ll work with you to make it as seamless as possible.

How many videographers will be at our wedding?
Typically, we provide one or two videographers, depending on the package you choose and the size of your event.

What is your filming style? (Cinematic, documentary, etc.)

Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, drone footage is available as an add-on to give your video stunning aerial views of your venue.

Can we request specific moments to be captured?

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

What’s your backup plan in case of equipment failure?
We always bring backup equipment to ensure nothing disrupts your special day.

Do you offer raw footage in addition to the edited video?
Yes, raw footage of all the captured moments of the day is available as an add-on for couples who want more of their wedding video.

How long will the final wedding video be?
Our highlight reels are typically 3-5 minutes, while full-length films range from 10-20 minutes, depending on your package.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes, we can provide a same-day edit for an additional fee, perfect for sharing at your reception.

How do we secure our booking with you?
A signed contract and a 35% deposit are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day and after the completion of your final edit.
