Most of the shots were outdoor and, therefore, dependent on natural light. As a result, we had limited time to capture all the required shots. We used a combination of cinematic and static shots, drones, and time-lapses to capture the property's unique features. We also captured guests as they engaged in activities like kayaking, and hiking.

After completing the outdoor filming, we transitioned inside the home to capture its exquisite interior and ambiance. The property features 8 bedrooms two entertainment areas, and a yoga studio. Our goal was to showcase the cozy and inviting atmosphere by capturing meticulously composed shots that accentuated the warm interior decor, luxurious furnishings, and enchanting lighting.

The challenge while shooting the interiors of Lakehouse Moments was to ensure that it appeared as cozy and inviting in film as it did in real life. We used subtle techniques such as low-key lighting, wide shots, and camera angles to bring out these nuances. We also incorporated close-ups of the beautiful decor to bring a sense of warmth and invitation to the viewers, making them feel like they were right at home.

At the request of Darlene, we strived to capture one of the key attractions: a massive inflatable outdoor movie screen strategically positioned near the bonfire pit. This element played a vital role in drawing a younger audience to the rental property, making it highly significant. Additionally, Darlene emphasized another significant aspect: the recently transformed warehouse adjacent to the property. This impressive renovation has completely revitalized the space, imbuing it with a sophisticated ambiance reminiscent of a high-end convention venue. The remarkable transformation has rendered it an ideal choice for hosting corporate events and elegant wedding celebrations alike.

We spent approximately 5 hours filming, right around sunset, at this stunning home. Our overall experience was incredibly positive as we explored the property. The breathtaking views and warm atmosphere left a lasting impression, making it a truly unique and remarkable experience. With this in mind, we are confident that our video will successfully capture the beauty and grandeur of Lakehouse Moments.

Step Three: Post-Production

During the post-production phase, our team meticulously sifted through hours of footage to curate the best shots that truly captured the essence of Lakehouse Moments. These carefully selected clips were artfully woven together, employing seamless transitions and meticulous color grading to ensure a cohesive visual experience. To further elevate the viewer's emotions, we thoughtfully incorporated a captivating soundtrack while also incorporating original sound effects that enhance the storytelling aspect of the video, all while staying true to the authentic soundscape. Additionally, we added text graphics to showcase the rental's amenities and highlight its distinctiveness. Our goal was to create a visually stunning and immersive video that leaves a lasting impression.

After masterfully crafting the video, we shared it with our client for her review. After a few rounds of feedback, we made some adjustments, and eventually, it was approved. The final result left Lakehouse Moments' owner, Darlene, thoroughly impressed. The feedback from her peers has been nothing short of incredible.

Step Four: Sharing the Video

We uploaded the video to the vacation rental's website, and social media platforms, and listed it on travel websites. We also suggested that they play the video on a loop during open house events to give potential guests an immersive experience of the property.
